{¶ 1} Plaintiffs, James Thomson, D.O., and Camden Medical Building, Inc., filed a complaint for declaratory judgment pursuant to Civ.R. 57 and R.C. 2921.01 asking the court to interpret a professional-services liability insurance policy issued by defendant-appellee OHIC Insurance Company and to declare the rights and status of the parties, including those of defendants-appellants, John Watkins, his wife, Sherri Watkins, and minor son, Sean.
