RYAN, District Judge.

Defendants move to transfer this action to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Southern Division at Detroit, Michigan, pursuant to Section 1404(a), 28 U.S.C.A.

The nature of this action was fully set forth by me in an earlier opinion at 1948, 77 F.Supp. 425 and a statement of the facts may there be found. That opinion was on motions made by defendants who had then been served 1 , to dismiss the action on the ground of foi~um non conveniens.
