BOUDREAU, Presiding Judge.

Herbert J. Danne, Richard Danne, Arthur Danne, Florence Wetting, Eloise M. Flint, and William F. Lohmeyer Living Trust, Plaintiffs (lessors), brought this action to cancel oil and gas leases in section 35-17N-8W, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma, leased to Texaco, Inc., Defendant (lessee). Texaco appeals a trial court judgment in favor of all lessors terminating the leases for failure to produce in paying quantities and for failure to exercise due diligence to market the product.
