T1 WestOak Industries, Inc. (Employer) and its workers' compensation insurance carrier, Ace Fire Underwriters, appeal a decision of the Three Judge Panel of the Workers' Compensation Court which affirmed the trial court's order finding Debbie DeLeon (Claimant) sustained a work-related injury. Based upon our review of the record and applicable law, this Court sustains the order under review.
