This is an appeal of the convictions and sentences received by two participants in a multi-year scheme that defrauded dozens of victims of over $3 million. Codefen-dants Kenneth Kennedy (K. Kennedy) and Ann Scarborough were the husband and close friend, respectively, of the scheme’s principal participant, Sheila Kennedy (S. Kennedy).
