Defendants-Appellants Neil E. Campbell (“Campbell”), Rickey D. Jones (“Jones”), and Paul Carpenter (“Carpenter”) appeal their convictions and sentences entered on guilty pleas for use of a telephone to facilitate a narcotics conspiracy.
