On January 10, 2018, Plaintiffs Len Gamboa, Jeff Retmier, Nikiah Nudell, David Bates, Pete Petersen, and William Sparks, individually, and on behalf of all other similarly situated individuals (collectively, "Plaintiffs" or the "Gamboa Plaintiffs"), commenced this action (the "Gamboa Action") against Defendants Ford Motor Company ("Ford"), Robert Bosch GmbH ("Bosch GmbH"), and Robert Bosch LLC ("Bosch LLC") (collectively, "Defendants").
