Plaintiffs in this case, who all are Mexican immigrants, complain that Defendant subjected them to discrimination, physical assault, and financial exploitation, and that their complaints about Defendant’s conduct were met with retaliation. Plaintiffs bring discrimination, retaliation, Fair Labor Standards Act, and assault and battery claims. Defendant has filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment [Doc. # 78] (“MPSJ”).
