On the 21st of November, 1879, Alice Dorland recovered a judgment in the District Court of the twenty-third judicial district for the city and county of San Francisco, against J. S. Alemany and the Hibernia Savings and Loan Society, for foreclosure of a lien upon a certain tract of land, to secure satisfaction of of the sum of $5,902 and costs of suit.
