The plaintiff, Donald Levy, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing his appeal from a decision by the named defendant, the commission on human rights and opportunities (CHRO).1 The CHRO dismissed the plaintiff’s employment discrimi*476nation complaint on the basis of its finding that the defendant, Entertainment and Sports Programming Network (ESPN), had not discriminated against the plaintiff.
