Plaintiff Patricia Grey asserts claims of unlawful discrimination based on Title VII (42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.) the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act, Conn. Gen.Stat. § 46a-60(a)(l) (“CFEPA”), and 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and common law negligent infliction of emotional distress.
