Plaintiff Donald W. Brink, terminated by his employer Union Carbide Corporation, alleges (1) employment discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 623(a)(1), the New York State Human Rights Law, N.Y. Exec. Law § 296(3-a)(a), and the Connecticut Human Rights and Opportunities Act, Conn. Gen.Stat. § 46a-60(a)(l); (2) a violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, 29 U.S.C. § 1140; and (3) breach of contract for employment during worklife expectancy.
