Almost three years after the filing of its answer, defendant and third-party plaintiff Arthur Andersen & Co. (“Andersen”) seeks to bring three additional third-party defendants, Aristocrat Angus Ranch, Ben R. Houston and Charles D. Alexander (“the Aristocrat group”) into this action.
