This is an appeal by defendant from a decree of divorce in a default action. It is taken only from the provisions which refused approval of a property settlement agreement and awarded plaintiff one dollar per month for support. The marriage was without issue. Defendant’s contention is that these provisions were in excess of the relief sought by the amended complaint and that they were based upon implied findings which were without support in the evidence.
