The plaintiff is the defendant’s son. This bill in equity seeks to establish a one-half interest in two fishing vessels, the “Lawrence Scola” and the “Richard J. Nunan,” and in their net earnings. The case was referred to a master, who filed a report containing findings that the plaintiff was entitled to a one-half interest in the “Richard J. Nunan” and in the earnings of both vessels, but that the plaintiff was not entitled to any interest in the “Lawrence Scola.” The defendant brought in objections, which became exceptions, to the report.
