MEMORANDUM ON OBJECTIONS TO DEBTOR’S CLAIM OF FLORIDA HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION

I. INTRODUCTION

The matters before the Court are: 1) the Objection of the Chapter 11 Trustee (the “Sparfven Trustee”) to Debtor’s Claim of Exemptions; 1 and 2) the Objection of Andrew S. Richardson, Trustee of Anton Noll, Inc. (the “Anton Noll Trustee”), 2 to the Debtor’s Claim of Exemptions (the “Objections”). Through their Objections, the Trustees assert that the Debtor, Michael F.
