ORDER DENYING CROSS-MOTIONS FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT ON DAMAGES

BACKGROUND

In an earlier phase of this lawsuit, this court issued a decision holding that representations contained in a Prospectus to Bid and bid kit issued by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) (relating to the sale of a rent-subsidized apartment complex) constituted warranties included in the contract of sale.
