While the debtor’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy case was pending in this Court, the nondebt- or plaintiffs filed the instant “Complaint and Prayer for Jury Trial” in the state court against the nondebtor defendants (the debt- or’s attorney, its president and secured creditor) for alleged acts and omissions that occurred in the bankruptcy case relating to a stipulated agreement approved and later modified by this Court.
