MEMORANDUM OPINION

This appeal arises from the May 24, 2007 1 Amended Order of Thomas Catliota, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland (the “Bankruptcy Court”), Granting in Part Trustee’s Emergency Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay, Enjoining Respondents and Declaring Complaint Void in Part, and the June 7, 2007 Order Denying Reconsideration.
