This case arises out of a contract for workers’ compensation insurance executed and issued in Illinois. The plaintiff, American Country Insurance Company (American), brought an action seeking a declaration that its work ers’ compensation policy issued to the defendant, Bernhard Woodwork, Ltd. (Bernhard), through Wm. F. Buell, Inc.
