This is an action to recover damages alleged to have been suffered by plaintiff in relying upon fraudulent representations made to her by defendants in connection with the sale of real property in Palm Springs. The representations were that one of the lots involved (Lot 38) could be improved with multiple dwellings and used and occupied for income purposes, when the same was, in fact, restricted to single family dwellings by deed restrictions imposed upon it by defendants.
