VersusLaw, Inc. v. Stoel Rives, L.L.P.

¶1 VersusLaw, Inc. (VersusLaw) appeals the trial court’s order granting summary judgment to Stoel Rives, L.L.R (Stoel Rives) in this attorney malpractice action. Because we conclude there are material issues of fact, we reverse the trial court’s decision to grant summary judgment, vacate the final judgment entered on November 3,2003, and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
