This is an appeal by John Riley (claimant) of an order by the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) affirming a referees decision declaring him ineligible for benefits under Section 4(w)(2) of the Unemployment Compensation Law, Act of December 5, 1936, Second Ex. Sess., PL. (1937) 2897, as amended, 43 PS. §753(w)(2).
