Kenneth Hargenrader (claimant) appeals a decision of the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) affirming a referees determination that the claimant was financially ineligible to receive extended unemployment compensation benefits because he had insufficient base year wages. Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), Act of December 5, 1936, Second Ex. Sess., PL. (1937) 2897, as amended, 43 PS. §813(i).
