Gerald Eugene Singer appeals his convictions and sentence on multiple criminal charges, including mail fraud, use of fire to commit mail fraud, arson, tax fraud, and obstruction of the administration of the internal revenue laws. After a jury rendered a guilty verdict on twelve of fifteen counts, the district court sentenced Singer to a total term of fifty-five years in prison.
