We granted certiorari to review the decision of the court of appeals in Ware v. Morgan County School Dist. No. RES, 719 P.2d 351 (Colo.App.1985), which upheld an order of the Board of Education of Morgan County School District No. RE-3 (school board) dismissing the petitioner, Byron Ware, from his position as a tenure teacher with the school district.
