This is an appeal from a Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Carbon County, order reversing the State Superintendent’s reversal of a County Superintendent’s conclusion that the Trustees of Carbon *516County School District No. 28 correctly terminated Helen Spivey’s teaching contract. We affirm.
