The above-entitled actions, nine in all, are brought to obtain a declaration of rights and for injunctions to restrain the enforcement of chapters 284 and 643 of the Laws of 1934. The Attorney-General, as defendant, and likewise as attorney for the *108other defendants in each of such actions, brings these motions to dismiss each of the complaints herein on the ground that they do not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action.
