Sandra Fanning appeals the decision of the district court 1 granting summary judgment for the United States Postal Service (“USPS”), her former employer. Fanning’s complaint alleged that the USPS breached a settlement agreement entered into by the parties in 2003 after Fanning suffered an on-the-job injury, that it retaliated against her for filing administrative complaints of employment discrimination, and that USPS conspired to commit both of these wrongs.
