This case is before the court upon the motion for summary judgment by defendants AT & T Technology Systems (AT & T Tech) and AT & T Information Systems (AT & T Info) (Doc. 10). In this action, plaintiff seeks redress under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (Title VII), and the Equal Pay Act, 29 U.S.C. § 206(d), for defendants’ alleged sexual discrimination with respect to wages and salaries and promotion policies and practices.
