PARKS, Judge:

Appellant, H.W., a juvenile of the age of sixteen, was charged with three counts of First Degree Malice Aforethought Murder (21 O.S.1981, § 701.7(A)), in Craig County District Court, Case No. CRF-87-81, pursuant to the Reverse Certification Statute, 10 O.S.Supp.1986, § 1104.2. Preliminary hearing was held before the Honorable Jess B. Clanton, Associate District Judge, on October 19-22, and continued on November 23, and December 7,1987, at which time appellant presented evidence in support of her motion to be certified as a child under 10 O.S.Supp.1986, § 1104.2(C).
