Jerry Trapp appeals from a summary judgment for Jerry Vess and Cotton States Insurance Company. We affirm.

Facts and Procedural History

On January 28, 2000, the weather conditions in Franklin County included freezing temperatures and two to three inches of snow. Jerry Vess and his daughter left their home that morning to take Vess's daughter to Russellville Hospital, where she was scheduled to undergo medical tests.
