In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, medical expenses and loss of services, the defendants appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered December 8, 1959, on a verdict in favor of the plaintiffs, after a jury trial. Judgment reversed on the law, with costs, and the complaint dismissed. Findings of fact implicit in the jury’s verdict are affirmed. The female plaintiff and the female defendant were members of the Brooklyn Vassar Club, an association of former students of Vassal- College. A regular meeting of the club was being held at the…
