[¶ 1] Rose Bonin, on behalf of her minor son Adam Marehand, appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Gourt (York County, Brennan, J.) in favor of Roger Crepeau. Bonin contends that there are questions of material fact as to whether Crepeau may be found negligent for supplying dangerous machinery to a minor. Because we agree, we vacate the judgment.

I. BACKGROUND
