We will consider tbe exceptions of tbe defendant according to tbe order of their statement in tbe record. The plaintiff undertook to show that tbe moulding machine at which tbe plaintiff was injured while at work with it, was not tbe kind which was approved and in general use in similar mills, and, in order to do so, be offered considerable testimony, some general and some special in character, which is set forth by questions and answers in tbe case.
