BLACKBURN, Presiding Judge.

Following a stipulated bench trial, Kyle Locher appeals his conviction for trafficking in methamphetamine, 1 contending that the trial court erred in (i) denying his motion to suppress, (ii) finding he did not carry his burden of showing ineffective assistance, and (iii) denying his motion for new trial. We hold that the grounds now argued for the motion to suppress were waived (having not been argued below), that evidence supported a finding of effective assistance, and that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying the motion for new trial.…
