Following a jury trial, William C. Arnica was convicted of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He appeals following the denial of his motion for new trial, arguing that the trial court erred by (1) denying his motion to suppress the search warrant, which was issued without probable cause; (2) admitting his statements to the police; and (3) admitting a similar transaction. Arnica also contends that he received ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm, for reasons that follow.
