ARNOLD, V.C.J.

The facts pertinent to the issues raised are these: Claimant received an injury in 1937 which resulted in the removal of one eye and was awarded compensation for the loss of that eye and additional compensation on joint petition for loss of vision in the other eye.

Claimant suffered an injury in 1945 to his left leg which resulted in some permanent partial disability to the leg for which he was awarded compensation on joint petition settlement.

Claimant also received a compensa-ble injury on April 25, 1947, while working for petitioner Petroleum Maintenance Company, for which…
