This an original proceeding in this court brought by Manhattan Long Construction Company and its insurance carrier, hereinafter referred to as petitioners, to obtain a review of an order made by trial commissioner of the State Industrial Commission which commuted to a lump sum the balance due under an award which had previously been made in favor of Crockett Bruton, hereinafter referred to as respondent.
