Pending before the court is an emergency motion to stay (Doc. No. 394) filed by defendant United Parcel Service, Inc. (“UPS”). UPS seeks to stay (Doc. No. 379) this court’s order requiring in camera review of certain documents (the “withheld documents”) pending appeal of that order to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
