Gloria Kronisch, executrix of the estate of Stanley Milton Glickman (“Glickman” or “plaintiff’), appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Kimba M. Wood, Judge) granting summary judgment in favor of defendants.
