MICHAEL, Senior District Judge:
In this case we consider appeals from the district court’s confirmation of an arbitration award. Here, we decide whether, in an action seeking enforcement of such an award, the Federal Arbitration Act confers permissive or mandatory venue on Federal courts in and for the district in which the award was made.
