JOHNSON, Circuit Judge:
Tennessee Gas Pipeline appeals from an order of the district court enforcing an arbitration award. We affirm.
I. FACTS AND ' PROCEDURAL HISTORY
Anderman/Smith Operating Company (“Anderman”) is a Colorado corporation which represents various sellers of natural gas produced from wells located in northwestern Alabama. Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company (“Tennessee”) operates a pipeline service which purchases natural gas from various producers, including Anderman.
