A. INTRODUCTION
The contested matters and proceeding before us arising out of the instant case require us to revisit our holding, in In re Gathright, 67 B.R. 384, 387-88 (Bankr.E.D.Pa.1986), appeal dismissed, 71 B.R. 343 (E.D.Pa.1987), that the “good faith” requirement for confirmation of Chapter 13 plans, set forth at 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(3), does not include an inquiry into whether a particular debt was nondischargeable in a Chapter 7 case.
