A INTRODUCTION
LOLA LANDES (“the Wife”) and GREGORY LANDES (collectively “the Landeses”), the estranged wife and son, respectively, of FERREL A. LANDES (“the Debtor”), and GEA REALTY, INC. (“GEA,” with the Landeses, “the Movants”), have filed a motion seeking to dismiss the Debtor’s voluntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy case “due to a lack of good faith” (“the Motion”).
