Before the Court is defendant Hudson & Keyse, Inc.’s motion for judgment on the pleadings (Doc. 14), plaintiffs response (Doc. 15), and defendant’s reply (Doc. 16).

Factual Background

Plaintiff Judy Blevins alleges that, at some unknown time in the past, she obtained a MasterCard credit card account with Household Bank. She denies owing anything on that account. (ComplV 6-7).
