The Georgia Board of Examiners in Optometry brought a petition against Friedmans’ Jewelers Inc., pursuant to authority granted in the Code, § 84-1111, seeking to enjoin the defendant from practice of optometry in violation of the statutes of this State defining and regulating such practice.
