This is an action by appellant to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been received by her as the result of a collision between the automobile in which she was riding and appellee’s automobile, which occurred on December 8, 1933.
The complaint in this cause against appellee was filed on February 15, 1936, which was more than two years after the date of the collision.
