A INTRODUCTION

Presently before us in this adversary proceeding (“the Proceeding”) asserting “bad faith” insurance claims arising out of the individual voluntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy case of PATRICIA ANNE KRID-LOW (“the Debtor”) are two motions for summary judgment. One (“the Defendants’ Motion”), filed by PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA (“Prudential”), PRUDENTIAL PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY (“Prupac”), and PRUCO, INC.
