I. Procedural History
On August 29, 2013, Thomas E. Webb, Karen M. Fillmore, and Laura C. Tapp (“Plaintiffs”) filed the instant adversary case alleging that their claims against Dennis E. Webb (“Defendant”) should be excepted from discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). Plaintiffs and Sharri A. Kan-darczyk (“Kandarczyk”), who is not a party to this proceeding, are the adult chil*229dren of Defendant.
